We want you to love your Emberly diffuser. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Return

Simply contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Every order is insured in transit. If your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no exceptions.
